Privacy
- Information collected
- Name, email, country, company, project details, and reference images.
- Purpose
- Used to prepare quotes, communicate with clients, and deliver commissioned artwork.
- Data sharing
- Personal information is not sold or shared with third parties unless required to fulfil the service.
- Retention
- Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for business and legal purposes.
- Cookies & analytics
- The website may use basic analytics and cookies to improve the user experience.
Terms
- Quotes
- Quotes are based on the project scope described in the enquiry.
- Turnaround
- Typical turnaround: 2–15 days for pencil artwork and 2–7 days for digital artwork, depending on complexity and current workload.
- Complexity
- Extremely complex subjects may incur an additional 25% fee, confirmed before work begins.
- Payment & revisions
- Payment, revision, cancellation, shipping, and delivery terms are confirmed with the client before the commission begins.
- Shipping
- Shipping costs are separate unless otherwise stated. The client is responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
Licensing
Buying an artwork and buying commercial usage rights are two different things.
- Personal commission
- For personal, non-commercial use.
- Commercial project
- Commercial usage is quoted separately and agreed in writing based on the intended use.
Commercial use includes advertising, packaging, merchandise, promotional materials, and use on a company’s business channels.
- Copyright
- Copyright remains with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Portfolio rights
- The artist may display commissioned work in their portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
- Stock artwork
- Stock assets are licensed under the terms of their respective platforms.
- Free resources
- Free resources are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
